senior (age 62+) or student, $15 individual or $25 organization. Payment of
dues submitted with this completed form entitle the applicant(s) to a
one (1) year membership in the One-Room
Schoolhouse Association, commencing conference day (2nd Friday in May)
and expiring conference day the following year.
